Build hope into your daily activities. Tomorrow will be a better day for you, your friends, your family, and everything else important in your life.

The world has collectively been through a lot in 2021 and going all the way back to 2020. We must continue to build resilience for what is ahead for us. I shared a similar message last year. This is December and this month has a wonderful collection of holiday traditions from around the world: Christmas, Hanaukah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice, Boxing Day and many others.

Hi, this is Stephen McLain of the finance leader podcast. This is bonus episode number 32. Over the last few weeks I have talked about our mental fitness. And I have asked you to do some preliminary thinking and planning for your goals next year. I want next year to be your best year yet, plan and synchronize, but also be ready to overcome the occasional challenge that will pop up in your life. Next week, I'll provide some additional guidance as we prepare for goal setting in 2022. Please reflect on the last year and hope and plan for your future. Build hope into your daily activities. Tomorrow will be a better day for you, your friends, your family, and everything else important in your life. If you make it to tomorrow, then you can make it another day. I believe that I believe in hope. I believe that tomorrow will always be better than today. The world has collectively been through a lot in 2021. And going all the way back to 2020. We must continue to build resilience for what is ahead for us. I shared a similar message last year. However you choose to celebrate or choose not to celebrate. May you have a time of restoration and relaxation, so that you can go into 2022, renewed, revived, hopeful and focused when you combine resilience and a supportive circle and focus and then multiply all that by hope.
