We are approaching the halfway point of the year and I want to know how you are doing in your goal achievement. You can email me at contact at stevenmcleancom to tell me about your progress and even your challenges. The email address is in the show notes. I want to hear from you on how you are accomplishing your goals and also let me know if you are having trouble with your goals. This is a great time for clarity and focus. What more do you want to accomplish this year? We should be prioritizing our goals so we don't overextend ourselves. We need to decide where we want to focus our efforts and our energy, to maximize our time, review your plan and make changes. It's okay and I'll be doing the same. I always have more goals than time and energy, so I have to prioritize all the time. It's normal and it's okay.

Stephen McLain:

For the next full episode, i will be talking about the Treasury Function and how it can be a game changer for the organization. If used properly, the Treasury Manager can be a key leader in the execution of the strategy. They should be out front when talking about their role, specifically, cash flow issues and opportunities, use of credit and banking relationships and related services, as they are related to finance options and strategy. Your Treasury Manager can help the CFO to review options and opportunities to make the best decisions to maximize the company's resources. We will talk more about this later. I can't wait to talk a few strategic ways. This role could help in a huge way. I hope you have a fantastic day and week, keep working on your goals and prioritize your effort. Thank you for choosing the Finance Leader Podcast. Until next time. Thank you for listening. Take care.
